Shipping and Returns Policy of www.aevindia.com

All orders are generally processed the next day and shipped within 2 to 5 business days subject to availability

The following general returns policy is applicable for all items purchased through AEV India website:

An item can be considered eligible for return or refund within the applicable return/refund window if it fulfils one or more of the following conditions:

• Item differs from the description provided on www.aevindia.com website
• Item delivered was damaged
• Order delivered was partial/ incomplete
• Delivered Item differs with order

The window for return or refund has to be made within 48 hours of delivery in case of one of more of the issues mentioned above. In case payment was made by credit card, refunds will be issued only to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase. In case of payment gateway, payments refund will be made to the same account used for making the purchase.

Exceptions:
Discounted items are not eligible for a return.

AEV India will not issue refunds for products purchased through other entities, such as distributors or retail partners.

We aim to accept all returns. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. All goods will be inspected on return. If you are not happy with your purchase, we will accept a return of a unused product within 48 working hours. Once we receive the returned item AEV India will then give a full refund (excluding shipping as we are unable to refund the initial shipping cost of your order). 

Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed.

We do not issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery.
